YUMMY CHUTNEYS

Description: Green Chutney
Cuisine: Indian
Serving: 5 Adults
Ingredients:
Mint (pudhina) 1cup
Coriander leaves 1 cup
Green chilies 3no’s
Salt 1/2tsp
Tamarind 1pinch (size of 2 peas)

Procedure:

1. Wash chilies, coriander and mint leaves.
2. Grind it with salt and tamarind.
Serve with corm fingers, cutlet or samosa.

Ingredients:
Grated coconut ½ cup
Green chilies 2no’s
Red chilies 2no’s
Garlic pod 3 no’s
Ginger 1inch
Onion(shallots) 10no’s
Tomato 2no’s
Tamarind size of a coin
Salt to taste
Urad dhal 1tbs
Coriander leaves 2tbs
Mint leaves 1tbs
Curry leaves few

Procedure:

1. Take a non stick pan add oil.
2. Add urad dhal to it, let it become golden brown.
3. Now add the onions and coconut and ginger sauté for about 3 mnts.
4. Add tomato toes, garlic, chilies, coriander, mint leaves and curry leaves.
5. Add the tamarind and salt, sauté for another 2 mnts and remove from fire.
6. Put in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely.
Serve with idly dosa or roti.

Garlic pods 6no’s
Coconut 1tbs
Red chili 3no’s
Salt to taste

Procedure:

1. Grind all the ingredients in a mixture jar.
Serve with tamarind, curd or lemon rice.
Description: Tuar Dhal Chutney
Cuisine: Indian
Serving: 5 Adults
Ingredients:
Tuar dhal 1cup
Tamarind ½ a size of a lemon
Red chilies 4 no’s
Salt 1 tsp
Coconut ½ cup
Coriander leaves 1tsp
Procedure:
1. Take a frying pan and fry dhal till golden brown.
2. In a mixture jar and add all the ingredients.
3. Grind the ingredients with the fried dhal.
Serve with variety rice.

Ingredients:
Coconut 1cup
Green chilies 3no’s
Garlic pods 2 no’s
Fried dhal ½ cup
Salt to taste
Oil 1tsp
Mustard seeds ¼ tsp
Curry leaves few
Red chili 1no’s

Procedure:

1. Grind coconut, green chili, garlic pod and fried dhal with salt in a mixture jar.
2. Take a frying pan and add oil.
3. When hot add mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chili.
4. Mix with the grind chutney.
Serve with idly dosa or vada.

Description: Peanut Chutney
Cuisine: Indian
Serving: 5 Adults
Ingredients:
Peanut ½ cup
Green chilies 4 no’s
Salt to taste
Tamarind (size of a coin.)

Procedure:

1. Take a frying pan and fry the peanuts without the skin until lightly brown.
2. Fry the chilies and tamarind as well.
3. Grind in a mixture jar.
Serve with dosa.

Tamarind 1pinch (size of 2 peas)

Procedure:

1. Wash chilies, coriander, mint leaves and coconut.
2. Grind it with salt and tamarind.
3. add diced onions
Serve with rice, roti or samosa.
