Lime 1no’s
Sugar 4tsp (if needed)
Water 2cups
Procedure:1. Take a jar and remove the seeds of the pomegranate into it.
2. Extract the juice of the lime.
3. Take a mixture jar and add the pomegranate seeds and the lime juice.
4. Now add sugar and water and grind it properly.
Your juice is ready...Serve with few mint leaves and a lime rind.

Hyderabadi Sweet lassi

Ingredients:Yogurt 2cups
Koya 2tbsp
Sugar 2tsp
Roohafza syrup 2tbsp
Procedure:1. Take fresh thick curds in a vessel which is chilled for an hr.
2. Do not add ice cubes the taste may vary.
3. Add koya sugar and roohafza syrup and mix it well.
4. If not roohafza can be added after severing the lassi in the glass.
This has an amazing taste……people in hyd never miss it during summer!

Ingredients:Nescafe instant coffee granules 4tsp
Hot water 1/2cup
Baking cocoa pwd 2tsp
Sugar 3tsp
Ice cubes few
Milk 1 1/2cup
Procedure:1. Steam the milk before use.
2. Take a container and combine water, coffee granules, sugar and the cocoa pwd.
3. Now take 2 tall glasses and fill three-fourth of ice cubes.
4. Pour milk on top of the ice.
5. Now very carefully; gently pour the coffee mixture downside of the glass
6. To do this you need to keep the stem of a spoon and then pour the coffee.
7. By doing this the coffee settles down.
This method can be done in any milkshakes to give different colors.

2. Now take a juice maker and add curd, milk and if needed water.
3. Add the powdered ingredients as well.
4. Serve chilled after refrigerating for 1hr.

3. The mixture should be nice and smooth.
4. After serving in a tall glass add ½ spoon of whipped cream on top.

5. Sprinkle dry fruits as topping along with a little cream

3. If needed you can blend a little mint leaves to give added flavor.
