SALAD OR RAITHA

Beaten rice flakes salad

Description: salad
Cuisine: Indian
Serving: 5 Adults


Ingredients:
Apple cubes 1 cup
Papaya cubes 1 cup
Cucumber cubes 1 cup
Banana cubes 1 cup
Pomegranate 1 cup
Honey 2 tsp
Lime juice 1 tsp
Beaten rice flakes (aval) ½ cup

Procedure:
1. Take a shallow bowl and mix all the ingredients.
2. Chill it and have or have the fruits salad directly.

RAITHA
Description: Cucumber Carrot Raitha
Cuisine: Indian
Serving: 8 Adults
Ingredients:
Cucumber (grated) 1no’s

Carrot (grated) 1no’s

Green chilies 2no’s

Onions (diced) 1no’s

Yogurt (thick) 1cup

Coriander leaves (chopped) ¼ cup


Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients together and keep it in the refrigerator.
Keep in the fridge half an hour before serving.

Ingredients:
Green chilies 2no’s

Onions (diced) 1no’s

Yogurt (thick) 1cup

Coriander leaves (chopped) ¼ cup

Salt to taste

Procedure:

1. Mix all the ingredients together and keep it in the refrigerator.
2.Keep in the fridge half an hour before serving.
Best served with biryani

Ingredients:
Yogurt (thick) 1cup

Pineapple (diced) 1cup

Mint leaves (crushed) few

Black salt a pinch

Salt to taste

Procedure:

1. Mix all the ingredients together and keep it in the refrigerator.
2.Keep in the fridge half an hour before serving.

Best served with biryani.
Also helps in purifying blood

Olive oil 1tsp
Green chili (crushed) 2
Vinegar (white) 1tsp

Procedure:

1. Mix all the ingredients together.
Serve with pasta.
